Marian Delario

Marian felt the punch to her stomach before she realized what was going on. A gang of Black Warriors had managed to circle her on the street. The man nearest to her had taken the first shot, sinking his low blow deep into her gut. She folded forward and wretched, but felt an uppercut to her jaw before she drop to her knees. The clean shot to her face knocked her back into the glass store display she was admiring seconds before they attacked her. The rest of the gang closed in and gave her a chance for a breather. She wasn't exactly prepared for a street brawl. Her red dress was no training uniform. Even though she was an instructor at the Sou-Setsu-Ken Dojo, a cheap shot was no way to start a fight.

The Black Warriors didn't give her the chance to fight back. A woman stepped forward with a whip and cracked it mercilessly at Marian. She felt the bite and the sharp pain as the weapon slashed at her dress and left a deep gash in its wake. She screamed in pain and clutched her side. The man who hit her before took a jab at her face, snapping her head back into the glass behind her. She could feel the blood rushing from her nose and mouth. Where they trying to kill her? Escape sounded like an idea, but the circle of men and women was complete. She'd have to go through them now. But they didn't let up. The woman with the whip snapped again, this time catching Marian's arm.

Her struggle was put to an end as one of her attackers brought a crate down on her head. Unconsciousness took her immediately as she collapsed to the ground. One of the Black Warriors closed and threw her defeated form over his shoulder for a kidnapping. Her ruined red dress, bleeding wounds, and fainted expression of pain meant she wouldn't be fighting back any time soon. Her only hope now rest with Billy and Jimmy, assuming they would rescue her before the Black Warriors took their toll...
