Hello modders and SDT players,

I'm looking for this certain character but unfortunately so far no one has done work on her yet.

I can only hope for a static (hair) version, but dynamic would be greatly appreciated.

Also outfit, just a navy seifuku, but black collar instead of dark blue and red outline.
