try using extreme settings, all graphic highest and resolution 3000*2000ish. Then it will be very likely that you will have around 10 fps so that the graphic is in slow mo but sound plays as usual.

At least this works on my pc

oh btw where can you find the sfxt unused dizzy voice? want to take a look into that
