First, download a program called "paint.net". Then, change the association of .dds files to open with it. When you open the "_NR.dss" file, you invert the color to change it from blue to green, you hit save, when promted you select to save the file in dxt1 format. Finally, you repack as seen in the OP.P.S. make a backup copy of the tex.gfpk file.
