I'll answer your Question, but you should seriously consider to use the alternative installation method described here http://gamevixenzone.undertow.club/hot-stuff-21/scarlet-blade-medic-mods-752/ or in my signature.

A) Right click on quickbms and then Create Shortcut. Then rename the resulting Shortcut to quickbms repacker.
B) Right click on quickbms repacker and then Properties. Add "-w -r" at the end of the Target Location field without the quotes. Target Location might look like this then: C:\Quickbms\quickbms.exe -r -w
Of course that depends on the path where you extracted the quickbms.zip archive.

We really need a more permanent solution!
Everybody comes here, tries the complex installation process and even if they do everything right run into errors because some of xTechnos De-Censor files differ in filesizes with the current client. That's a problem.
I do not want to do "house advertising" for my revamp of what's provided here all the time, as that's kind of rude, but the thing is, mine is currently supported and feature complete :D
