Hoping someone can make a clothing mod for a sexy cowgirl shirt like in the pictures provided, preferably RGB adjustable (maybe keeping black square or lines and just changing the color of the overall shirt) with a lot of cleavage, and maybe even making it to where shift+click exposes the breasts like the pull down tees if capable!

I agree, it's not exactly what I had in mind. I was thinking more a mix between Dante's shirt and Iago's "Cleavage Knotted Top"/"Knotted Top Pulled Down" shirts. But Dante's works and is good so no complaining here!
