I don't have a pic that shows her full backside showing her hair, but from what I can tell it just comes down in random strands:

Also, in some of the pics her hair is over the shoulders a little as well, so her hair can be either way (behind the shoulders completely or over them a little); it's just her hair is really loose when it's not tied up in ponytails and falls differently depending upon how she moves. It's up to you how you want to do it. ^^
