Target: :3 Weapons Depot, La Croix Port District
Objective 1: Secure the Area
Objective 2: Complete the Shipment
Background: In preparation for its open war against LCS, :3 is moving even more weapons and equipment into the city. The new hardware is being kept at a warehouse in the Port District, not far from the La Croix chapter's HQ. LCS got wind of these transfers and has put the entire harbor on lockdown, but Regional wants to make one last drop. Using the helicopter, the cargo is to be extracted from a :3 freighter anchored in international waters and airlifted to the warehouse. Despite the helicpoter's stealth capabilities, it is very likely that LCS or one of their buddies in the Guild will try to interfere.
Rayna and Flavia handle the airlift. Flavia operates the chopper's external arm-crane-winch assembly while Rayna does the actual flying. Shaundi and Kayla ride in the helicopter. They're armed with shoulder-fired missile launchers in case the actual military gets involved.
Mukuro is put in charge of security on the ground (Rico is having a meeting with other :3 executives on the freighter). Dan, Cecily, Arcadia, Tom, and Sharona are with her. It doesn't take long before trouble to start, although :3 isn't aware of it immediately.
Expecting more of a loud frontal assault and not another solo infiltration, Cecily is taken completely by surprise. She's getting a drink from a water fountain when Kit Kat sneaks up from behind and smashes her face down into it.
Kit disappears back into the shadows, but the noise from Cecily's KO attracts Dan and Sharona. Kit knocks Dan out with a swift high kick to the back of the head and springs onto Sharona's shoulders. For a kid, Kit Kat has surprisingly powerful legs, legs that are wrapped around Sharona's throat. Sharona isn't able to get the girl off, and she isn't able to call for help. She blacks out, with Kit dismounting just before she hits the floor.
Shortly after that, and unrelated to anything Kit Kat is doing in the warehouse below, Rayna hits an air pocket or something and Kayla is sent tumbling out of the helicopter. Shaundi manages to save Kayla's missile launcher, but the straps weren't fastened and Kayla falls out anyway. Fortunately, the helicopter was over water at the time, and not very high, so Kayla only suffers a few broken bones. Rayna brings the helicopter lower so Shaundi can jump into the harbor and rescue Kayla.
This provides Kit Kat with the distraction she needs. Mukuro is watching this all through a pair of binoculars while Kit Kat runs up behind her. Mukuro isn't alone, however. Arcadia and Tom move to block Kit's path, but Kit sends out her electric whip. Tom and Arcadia are wrapped up together and shocked into unconsciousness, but Kit abandons her whip after that. Mukuro is on her now!
Kit Kat and Mukuro fight hand to hand for almost four minutes. Rayna brings the gunship in, and illuminates the battle with the searchlight, but neither she nor Shaundi can get a good bead on Kit. Not without also hitting Mukuro, at least.
Mukuro is exhausted, but Kit is the first to throw in the towel. "You're pretty good, but I'll kick your ass next time!" Kit disappears into a blinding flash and cloud of smoke. The operation is saved.

Final Result: Success. Rayna and Flavia complete the transfer, but they don't have time to celebrate, because word comes in that the freighter is also under attack!
