All characters have their best traits but what is best for you depends on your play style. For me I like faster more aggressive fighters. So in most games I play expect at least one speedster a couple balanced going more to the speed and even powers who are not as strong but have more speed. It all just goes with how you play. which is why the best thing you can do is experiment
