"Splat" generation dialogue trigger (1 Viewer)

When deepthroating Her, a special particle effect is generated that I've seen refered to as "splat", shown as a sudden burst of spit strands from Her mouth. I was wondering if it was possible for there to be a dialogue trigger that could manually add a "splat" burst midway through a dialogue? Something like "[SPLAT]" or similar.

Sorry to bump this old thread but has anybody done this since this request was posted? There's been a recent influx of changes to dialogue actions that I've noticed but I'm unsure if this is currently possible yet with any mods that already exist. Would love to know about it if they do!
