Huh, go figure. Cryptic sure has weird restrictions on stuff.

Possible, yes. It's a bit of work though, and I have several mods in the queue plus fixing new Season issues, so this is likely to sit on the back burner for a month or so.Love the patch :D
1 request would be to replace romulan Fed/KDF outfit with faction stuff - like with FED 7 of 9 stuff and KDF orion girls stuff?
Is possible? :) romulan clothes are fugly >_<
will you be updating your mod after S8 luanches?

If you used the installer, there should be an uninstall option in the Programs & Features menu like for any other program. Additionally, there should be an uninstaller executable in the location you installed the mods to. Someplace like [..\Public\Cryptic Studios\Star Trek Online\Live\Localdata], perhaps -- it could be different depending on where you have STO installed.
If for some reason the mods got installed to the improper location, you will need to uninstall as attempting to re-install will result in the mods being installed in the wrong place again.
In any event, when the installer asks you for a location to install the mods to, you'll need to confirm that the location it auto-detects is in fact the correct folder where you have STO installed. You may need to manually point the installer to the correct folder if the autodetect gives the wrong location for some reason.
Confirmed, Cryptic has changed the .bin format a bit, but all non-.bin mod components will still work. Working on fixing the .bins, I've had some preliminary success with breast jiggle, hopefully the remaining mods will work as well.Crashing with the .bin files. But the .bin's removed, other stuff works still.

Due to the complexity of the back-end of how .bins are edited and compiled, offering a manual install version would present a significant manual workload for the end-user. This is why compiled .bin mods are only offered through the installer, so the process of selecting which edits to apply, applying them, compiling the mod, and inserting it in the correct location on your local hard drive can be fully automated, requiring a minimum of user input.will the new bins be avaliable for manual install? pretty please? with sugar on top? and chocolate sauce?
