This is already a static hair, and the advantage is it is vectorised (like the SDT girl and guy, vanilla and modded clothes, etc.).A PNG mod (JPG is not possible for hair mods, because it doesn't allow transparency) is feasible, but it has no sense to waste time making one when a SWF already exists and the result will be pixelated (ie. worse).
