Actually the underwear armor doesn't actually have skin down there. I had to re-create it by starting with a blank canvas of similar appearance and then adding shading, shadows, rosiness, and whatever else to get it to look as close as it could to what it should look like.In short, the skin tone and everything below the belt is custom painted.
