Hey everybody,

I really liked Undercovers backgrounds with girls edited in them! Go, visit his backgrounds!
Sadly he said, that the chances are more than slim, that new backgrounds would be made.
So I decided, that I'll give it a shot and do a few backgrounds with girls in it by myself.

For my first series of backgrounds (Kim Possible) I took the backgrounds from levi2000a. You can see them here without girls.
The girls in Kim Possible are mostly from Gagala. If you like them, feel free to support him!

The second series is from a japanese game. Too bad, that i can't speak Japanese, but the names of the two girls are Kairi and Maki. Hope you like them.

I stumbeld upon an talented artist, whos art catched my eye, so I decided to try some Backgrounds with his girls. The name you have to look for is: Tekuho. If you like them, feel free to support him!

At first I was happy with the Star Wars Backgrounds. But the more I looked at them, the more something was bothering me:
- First of all, there were many in them, which just looked the same.
- Then there was something missing... Some life in the picture or a story it tries to tell.
- There was mostly only one theme (junkyard)
So I decided to rework some of them, which I liked and simply replace the other ones. I Also desided to change the folder from Clone Wars into Star Wars, because I simply had more freedom with it.

Thanks. BGs with extra characters in them are interesting. I generally like ones who are observers or look like they are reacting to the scene rather than caught up in their own world.

Done! Snow-01 is with some spectators without being nude. Did you had something like this in mind, or should they look a little bit more surprised and irritaded?

Nice to hear. I think I will make antoher one or two for Kim Possible, before starting an other series. But I will keep your words in my head. ;)

Just noticed that the Kim Possible backgrounds use Gagala's depictions of the girls. Is that a ersonal favorite or will you use other sources later?

You are right. Most of it is from Gagala and it is one of my personal favorite of Kim Possible. But I would never exclude the option, that more will follow from an other artists, or other styles. If you have a wish, or an idea, just name it and maybe I can come up with something ;)

Animation is pretty difficult. If you have a source (for example) from a movie, you can alter the background, that it will run on a TV, a monitor or a window...

My problem is, that I often only find a picture of the background or the girls, crop it out, resize it, alter it, add shadows, etc... But in the end, it is still only one picture. If I could find a source, with a full animation cycle I would have to do all this work 30 times for 1 second of animation. For a loop of a few seconds it would be an incredible amount of work.

So in short:
- If the Animation is from a animated Film and limited to a screen: Yes (I have not done it yet, but it is possible)
- If one of the girls should be animated and merged with the background: Yes, but with the limeted time I have it would take months.

Great to hear that!

At the moment I'm drowning in work, but I hope, that I can find a few minutes of freetime next week. Maybe I can do something new then. =)

Thank you very much JD! Feedback is always a good motivation to do some more. ^^

I added a new Misc folder, because there were a few Ideas, that would not fit into the other categories. Now I can just throw them into it and share them with everybody. I also made some improvements to an old background and added two new ones. I hope you like them.

If I find the time I will add a few more.

I wanted to try something new. Some Backgrounds without girls.
But I was to lazy to open an new thread, so I decidet just to go with a big one.
Let me know if I should make more of them, or get back to the backgrounds with girls in them (or stop making backgrounds at all).

Hey aztlan. Good to see you again. Yes all from the Star Wars are new and a lot from Kim Possible. There is an update history in the second post that I try to keep updated, that you can track the changes.

I also kept (as promised) your words in mind, while reworking a lot of the Kim Possible pictures. It was not always easy to get a natural look and the right emotions (because of the pictures I used), but I did my best to make it look a little bit more alive. Hope you like them.
