i couldn't recreate the issue above. tested it with animtoolsv40, and using thicker thighs F4H legwear.
if you have a specific mod this is breaking with, link it.
if i had to guess, you have a mod that is adding a duplicate body thigh on the costume layer

most mods are from the last loader pack, idk if its hotfix i need to dble check, but the only ones that arent are these
ArmOverhaul, DynamicBlushing, ExtendedZoom, ExtraMod, HimSizer, IndividualModReset, MakeHerCumModified,ProgressiveExhaustion, SpankAnywhereForked, X-Ray(for Oral), and X-Ray(For below the waste)
none of them seem like they will mess with the back thigh

fix it but its weird the download i got from resources seems like it has a problem but when i adjusted it from a different position download it works
