The problem, as Dante suggested, is that you're looking at a complex scene which includes
many different mods. There's no easy 1-click solution to obtain that same scene on your PC.
The girl's
bikini top was created by
@Huitznahua.
The shorts are similar to the
Rei Miyamoto outfit (by the same author) but not an exact match.
The girl's penis can be enabled via the normal game options.
The handcuff looks a bit like the
Poison mod, but it's probably a standalone thing. You might be able to find a match via forum
search.
The large hoop earring can be found in the
Archive.
The girl's jeweled collar is a vanilla thing (included in the core game files, no mods needed).
I'd encourage you to download a "Loader pack" (such as the one available in sby's
thread) which includes a few pre-installed mods. Take a look at the
Newbie Guide to learn about how to install and customize mods. Visit the links which we've provided; download a few additional SWF files and try to integrate them into your game. Tinker with animtools a bit. Seek out a
position file which is similar to the one depicted in the video, then try to edit it to match the video more closely. Take a screenshot of your work-in-progress and we'll help you to identify any elements which are still missing from your scene.
