1 - What's their attitude?
Their exact attitudes depends on what faction they belong to, but they are universally all horny bad girls. The less dangerous ones are just out to cause mischief and petty crimes, while the really bad ones are actively evil. Ultimately, they are all about doing bad shit and getting hot and bothered over it.
My zakos are also all basically suicidality overconfident. A zako could see dozens of her squadmates effortlessly killed by the hero, and she'd still rush him with zero hesitation thinking that all those dumb sluts got what they deserved, and she's going to show them how its done.
2 - What's their uniform?
Super skimpy and unrealistic. The various zako factions all have specific themes (e.g. ninjas, street gangsters, corporate bodyguards etc), but they are all in killer heels with tops that are a light breeze away from a major wardrobe malfunction. The zakos on their part love the look and would never willingly be caught in sensible clothes.
3 - What weapons do they use?
Depends on the faction. It'll always be appropriate to their theme (e.g. the cyborgs have laser swords, the tacticool girls have guns etc)
4 - How skilled are they?
Very skilled and strong when fighting normal people, but they always lose against the heroes due to their superior skill or the power of Justice and/or Friendship
5 - Do they survive?
Depends on the faction. Typically the hero will use lethal force against really dangerous factions, but is content to just beat up the petty criminals.
6 - What's their age range?
Vaguely in their mid to late 20s. For the factions that don't age like normal humans, they physically look like they are in their mid to late 20s.
7 - Do you care about their background?
Not really. A small number of the zako I've made get elevated to distinct characters, but for the most part they are all just horny, evil and expandable.
8 - Describe your perfect zako scenario?
Dozens of scantily clad zakos against a lone hero. Despite being smaller, weaker and outnumbered, he is singlehandedly beating back the horde of big breasted goons attacking him by utilizing well aimed strikes against their breasts and pussy to open them up for more powerful blows. The battlefield is littered with the half naked bodies of defeated zakos, lying in pools of their own milk, piss, sweat and cum. Amidst the chaos of battle is a zakos who has become so aroused watching the hero effortlessly defeat her allies that she's given up all pretense of fighting, and is instead furiously masturbating, hoping to have the greatest orgasm of her life just in time for the hero's wrath to turn to her.

1 - What's their attitude?
Serious and disciplined. Despite not being a fighter by profession, his courage and quick wits allow him to overcome the zako menace. He doesn't acknowledge or get distracted by the zakos' over the top sexuality, but is aware of it and uses it to his advantage, such as punching girls in the tits or fingering her clit to distract her.
2 - What's their gender?
Male. I feel that it creates a greater sense of contrast with female zakos. I also like exaggerating the contrast in their physicality, with the male hero being smaller and shorter, while the zakos are tall and muscular with huge tits and asses.
3 - What type of equipment do they use?
Because he's a normal person, the hero doesn't have any weapons or special equipment. Instead he tends to steal whatever weapons the zakos have and use it against them.
4 - What is their fighting style?
He overcomes his strength and size disadvantage by quick and skillful strikes. He particularly specialises in attacks to the breast and pussy and uses both pain and pleasure to defeat his enemies.
