I'm jumping on the Chun Li bandwagon here. Street Fighter II: The Animated Movie. When Chun's shirt was ripped almost off, and she got slashed in the face by Vega, my boner told me I liked ryona. I think having destructible clothing in Mortal Kombat (before they threw that concept out) and Soul Calibur strengthened the fetish. So maybe a better answer is fighting games?
