Maybe it's my stupid thing but I don't consider boss characters as zakos (she is the first boss in the game you encounter), only like general henchwomen or female minions. By the way, Denjinmakai II has got some zakos, and I just found two pretty awesome fanart at pixiv:

I have LITERALLY NO IDEA what the hell is going on in the bottom (last line) on this picture, I've never seen that in the game at all.
