changed the starting penistip pos estimate to be 0.15 (vanilla default) instead of 2.
was causing auto mode to be super aggressive during pre-calculated penis tip positions, to the point where it would also not often recalculate due to traveling too fast past the eval window.

limited nose squash check to only consider him.torsoLayer, as sometimes his legs would be considered for pressing up against her nose, and I don't think that was intended.
added setting nosesquashposmin to be able to limit the range of when nose squash is allowed to happen, could help eliminate early squashing if fancy him mods are used

adjusted estimatepenistippos to use similar logic that body contact uses to estimate her pos for contact. animtools previously just set this far out to essentially ignore the blocking point of clench teeth if the vanilla calced value was out of range.
tweaked priority level of hand closed evaluation for ArmOverhaul
added custom his arm start and end hand rotation angles. Both start and end must be assigned, default is -5000 which means unused.
added his hand rotation targets. his forearm, global, her head, her torso, her thigh.
older positions will be seen as having this position setting unused.
added mod compatibility checks for armoverhaul.

moved creation of him buttons earlier in initial loading to prevent enableinloaderediting=1 from trying to update the buttons before they were created.

added button on him menu to controls animtool's hidehimbody, hidehimpenis, and useloaderarm.
added new position setting for an end point location for her knee anchor, so the location of her legs can be translated / move with mouse animation movement.

bugfix, corrected oldzoom being used on default positions and startup positioning
bugfix, corrected armwears/nails not following closed hand (moreclothing was fixing this, just adding some logic in animtools to cover it if moreclothing is not being used)

added support to be able to extend animtool's vigour voice, uploaded 'animtoolsAudioExtension' example mod to the resource manager.

adjusted charcode saving to now save the voice name to account for any new voices that are added, previous charcode entries loaded that just used the char number will still load up that hunnie pop voice (so 2 loads up Audrey)

added setting matchAnimtoolsVoiceGrunts=1 ;1==enabled, animtools will search for audioReplacer char voices and if animtools has a voice that matches the animCharVoice will be adjusted. 2==enabled, animtools will change audioReplacer char voice to match its selected animCharVoice if it has it.

bugfix, corrected some logic that was messing up the editor for him custom arm stuff.

added extramod him arm costume translation
adjusted proxy logic so pre functions registered that are not replacing the vanilla function moved earlier in the proxy chain for better mod compatibility

bugfix for error thrown on some ui stuff still trying to process when not using inloadediting, error was only visible with debugger and only seen when loading positions through dialog

bugfix for hand angle saving that was saving the current angle of her hand instead of the start of a hand angle translation
