Athena Cykes Dynamic Hairstyle 5.9

• This is a minor patch, updating the internal physics library of the hairstyle to version 5.9.
• This update does not alter the hairstyle animation.
• The primary intent is to improve compatibility with other dynamic hairstyles (especially in the context of the moreClothing mod).
• Due to a coding mistake, earlier versions of this hairstyle will tend to disrupt the loading of any vanilla dynamic hairstyle which were loaded after this file. Such misbehavior should no longer occur.
