Fishnet Leggings (RGB Adjustable) 2.0

As part of a different mod I've updated my old RGB Fishnet Leggings. The meshing has been improved, partially based on @Rod 's excellent fishnet mods, and I've also implemented Feet4Heels compatibility into the mod with this update.

Since posting the initial version of the fishnets, I have learned that an updated version of Sby's template had been made which makes it possible for this to properly be applied to the Legwear mod type. (The Legwear layers in the previous version I had been using did not properly display on the lower back and chest areas of the girl's body, so I was stuck either treating the clothing as Bottoms, or having to split it between Bottoms and Legwear which made it a touch more unwieldy to color in MoreClothing and which made it clash with certain clothing.)

This update moves the entirety of the clothing article to the Legwear mod type, meaning the entire piece now functions solely on the 1st RGB layer for Legwear (and will appropriately layer below Bottoms mods, i.e. skirts and jeans)

A couple brief updates following feedback from the Discord:

• The portion of the fishnets on the legs (thighs, calves) should now be situated on the Legwear template, to better facilitate use with shoes.
• Two dots which had somehow snuck through production have also been removed.
