himsizerV2 by sby and stuntcock
bugfixes and some charcode features added to original mod
corrected broken proxy creation that caused sporatic loading
changed charcode logic to use sby charcode collector functions
added some fallback resetting for missing charcode settings
made it so adjusting his size in menu updates his size on screen
adjusted min max ranges to be 10% to 400%, original range a bit rediculous
