Leash 5.9

• This is a minor patch, updating the internal physics library of the leash mods to version 5.9.
• This update does not alter the leash elasticity or gameplay effects. Leashes still have no influence on character positioning or motion.
• The primary intent is to improve compatibility with dynamic hairstyles (especially in the context of the moreClothing mod).
• Due to a coding mistake, earlier versions of the leash mods will tend to disrupt the loading of any vanilla dynamic hairstyle which were loaded after any of these files. Such misbehavior should no longer occur.
