Mercy Overwatch Complete V3, LDR, EMC

This Mercy mod has always required Template Extension however v2.1(TE) did not unload cleanly.
I updated so that the TE-only version now unloads with no issues using the loader RESET.

I also added an ExtraMod version and some separated assets. The hair was not drawn underneath the halo and collar and needed to do some quick makeshift art there.

Browsers lately suck. Seems that the .mod file format is triggering some browser securities worse than .swf. Simple change, nothing effectively different about the mod other than the extension.

Major Dynamics update. This update fixes/adds the following:
-Dynamic wings and butt veil
-Costume support for all hand positions and modes
-Custom Right Handjobmode art and supporting actionscript.
-Improved wing glow feature
-Improved layering
-No longer vanilla-compatible (for vanilla-version see history)

Fixed a few things. Fixed a spelling error. Added hands behind her back (Just a temporary reskin).

Accidently loaded a version where the wing mount was dark grey (as in the pictures). Fixed it to be the correct white-blue color.
