What files should I download?
If this is your first time downloading the mod, then download the archive All voices.zip only, it contains all the voices.
If you already have all the voices except the newest one, then you do not need to download the archive. Download the file SDT<VoiceName>.swf only.
Where to put the file All voices.zip?
It doesn't matter, it's just an archive. You can delete it after extracting the files.
What to do with the file All voices.zip?
Extract files from the archive. If your operating system does not support zip archives, use WinRar or 7zip archivers.
Where to put the files from archive All voices.zip?
If you want to play a vanilla game, then it makes no difference. If you use loader, then it is most convenient to put them to the root of the game next to the SDT.swf file.

How to play vanilla game with remastered sounds?
Open the file SDT<VoiceName>.swf you want to run in Adobe Flash Player. If .swf files are opened by default in Adobe Flash Player, just double click on the file.
How to use the mod with loader?
I explain with the example of SDT TeenAnna.swf.
1) Delete the file SDT.swf. If you are afraid to do this, you can rename it instead of deleting it.
2) Duplicate the file TeenAnna.swf (copy and paste to the root of the game where you deleted the file SDT.swf).
3) Rename the copy of TeenAnna.swf to SDT.swf.
4) Run loader.
How to bring back vanilla sounds?
Do the same 4 steps as in the previous question, but instead of file TeenAnna.swf, use file SDT_original.swf.
Is there a way to use these .swf files like a regular mod (Mods\$INIT$\ , Mods.txt , CharacterFolders.txt etc.)?
I guess not.
