The mod consists of the following files

To install the mod, first copy the text.ini file to the Assets folder of Sid Meier's Pirates. Next, copy all of the other files to the Custom folder of Sid Meier's Pirates.
To remove the mod, first delete the text.ini file from the Assets folder of Sid Meier's Pirates. Then delete the other mod files from the Custom folder.
Some mod users recommend NOT using this on a previously saved game (results might be goofy). Use at your own risk; the mod creator assumes not responsibility for messing up your PC.
