Spank Anywhere - No Handprint LDR 2.0

It's been brought to my attention that Spank Anywhere won't work with PNG hairs. I'm working on a fix.

For the time being, SWF hairs/clothes/mods don't cause any issues with Spank Anywhere.

Overhauled the method of spanking quite a bit. Users can now use custom settings of their own design to change variables surrounding the spank itself.

These include:
- Fade Time
- Size of the spank
- Color of the spank
- Volume of the spank

In version 3, I'll expand these to include things such as bruising, tears, and intensity.

Elements that have been removed in this version:
- The cartoonish striking comic lines
- The pre-fade shape
- The movieclip tween (tweens are now actionscript)
- Some masking adjustments made.
