Start HD SDT & FrameRateUnlocker 1.3.2

I got to do some testing with a user with linux, and obviously my application doesn't work on linux and I don't plan for it to, but even if you can emulate windows with wine and run the application and it launches the game, the core features don't work or do anything on linux, as its a .NET 6 winforms application that uses the windows registry and windows folder system for registry keys

In general there are simple ways to improve performance:

- Use the vanilla settings to reduce quality and effects especially strand shaders
- Lower the game's dimensions or resolution
- Close unnecessary background applications or use game boosting software
- Don't use Sby's loader pack, or at least disable moreclothing in it, you should always just mod only what you need, that goes for any game modding.
- Use a native Flash 10_3r183_90 for linux available here on undertow
- Disable desktop scaling if you use a high dpi monitor, or configure your flash player to be DPI unaware
- Ensure your Flash Player is using all your CPU cores, this is typically a windows issue my application fixes especially for PCs from after the 2020 Flash time bomb and windows OS update that deleted Flash for everyone

I was told Windows Defender started detecting v1.3.2 as a Trojan:Win32/Wacatac.b!ml sometime this month 8/2023

This is most definitely a false positive

I just added build instructions to the git today.

Keep in mind windows defender uses machine learning to detect common patterns in files that "seem" like common viruses. Since my application is a handmade exe it'll surely seem like something If folks are having a hard time running the application, I do still intend to release v1.4 which will fix resolution differences from the last release, so look out for that, the new file should at least reset this issue.

Added a check box for disabling Dpi Awareness in case you don't mind the blur but want to squeeze out a few more frames.

Framerate unlocker
now shows a status message when loaded correctly, before nothing would happen but the mod would work after a short lag spike when accessing the stage

Now launches the inner game area in the exact resolution even when Windows 10/11 is scaled above 100%
Adds more resolutions
Allows you to choose file paths for your loader or preferred Flash player.
Allows you to re-size the game window when its open with out restarting
All settings are saved between launches

• Shows cpu Affinity and Process Priority. (Process priority should improve performance, affinity shouldn't matter as long as its the highest which is detected and set by default just is case since I've see it set wrong on a few PCs)​

Fixed an issue with the VS solution using the wrong .NET frame work, prompting users with an error.
