ThickerThighs can now be loaded via Character Folders, thanks to @Rod

(1.2) Minor Updates

Minor graphical change to the rear.
Reduced the size of the masks.
Added a public access name (Loader.thickerthighs).

(1.1) Shading Tweaks and Tan Fix

Minor changes to the shading and color to be even closer to the vanilla thighs, also fixed the tan overlapping with lines causing the lines themselves to become very dark when using tan.
