tweaked ui elements to have better labels placed inside their slider bars. i think this is better than not having them clearly labeled
bugfix, tweaked throat render code to account for if a mod calls render throat without initializing swallow sequence. moremoods before V13 did this

added swallow bulge feature along with a in game slider and button to control it.
the cum bulge slider is on the left, the swallow bulge slider is on the right

when turned on (button green), her swallow bulge will increase based on the intensity of the swallow
when in manual size mode (button blue), her swallow bulge will increase or decrease based on the second slider
when in both modes enabled mode, her swallow bulge will be the higher of the 2 modes

added charcode saving support for the swallow bulge mode and slider
split vanilla saving option so can choose to specifically only save the vanilla throat bulge, or this mod's cum bulge and swallow bulge
changed default charcode saving setting so only the vanilla throat bulge saving is enabled by default. the features provided by the swallow bulge and throat cum bulge are probably more of a personal preference more than a charcater by character thing

bugfix, when reset, now sets mode back to starting value, instead of disabled

simplified settings file considerably
now the mod is persistant, and adds a throat cum bulge slider and enable button to the options menu.

button is white when feature not enabled ~ stock vanilla sdt setting (the slider will also be disabled)
button is green when throat cum bulge increase is enabled
button turns yellow when throat cum bulge is disabled and waiting to return her throat bulge to normal.


charcode saving supported
added setting to also enable saving the current vanilla throat bulge amount in charcode.
