Unwilling Payment 2.1

Reupload cuz I goofed.

Added a lot of new lines to pretty much every line type + changed her thought lines to speech and removed his lines post intro, as it was causing other lines to rarely if ever play out.

Fixed a few more things I missed last time. Also added pull up/down and handjob lines, which I had forgotten about before.

Had more issues that needed fixing :P

Intro was broken because I forgot to add a trigger. It's fixed now.
