I just need the program that is used, Adobe Creative Cloud fucked up my computer so I had to delete that. Any other programs that work?

For the animated cape I am making it will take a color for 1 frame then switch back to black. If I hold the color slider down it will flash on and off. Here is a video of what is happening and attached is the FLA file.

So I just downloaded SDT and I got a couple of outfits and hairstyles, I understand how to install things like that, but I need help on how to install animations like... (Reverse Cowgirl), but I'm not sure how to install stuff like that though. I would really appreciate some help. Thanks.
