I wanted to install the Better Feet mod into the $INIT$ folder to override the default entirely and I got it to work before with only a few errors on an older version, but now whenever it loads up, it keeps cycling through the colors being unable to sync with the characters skin tone.

I have a small but absolutely infuriating problem, the feetwear hue doesnt work, it always stays black no matter what shoes I pick or what color I set. After resetting the issue goes away, but of course some mods stop working, which is not ideal. Is there a general rule for this issue? Can I...
