Seeing as you can already choke the girl by staying in for too long, would it be to much to ask for a mod that shows you doing something else to make her pass out? No fatalities of course, but say the guy is holding a leash/rope and pulling hard, or she's hanging?
Little on the deep end, but hey, its there in the game already, I'm just poking around for alternate means of showing it.
