I never put them up because there was lack of interest.

I trawled through this forum for noses. AFAIK, only 5 noses exist (3 by one artist, 2 by another). I cleaned them up when I dl'ed and started using them. Here are the cleaned up versions. I added the dark skin tone for one of them, because I often use it for "ethnically exotic" girls. You can fine-tune the color via "Her Hair" slider, since the nose is added as static png hair.

The 6th nose, I made specifically for Elsa, by photoshopping her original Disney concept art. Regardless whether you like the Disney artist's 2D art style, this is 100% as faithful to Elsa's actual nose as you can get. Also works with certain anime such as Eureka 7.

Use it with "Her Nose" selection on "Pointed". Available skin tones are Pale, Light, and Nordic (as pictured above, lighter than Light but not ashen like Pale).

If you're using a static png hair for the character's hair, you won't be able to use the nose as well unless you manually combine the 2 pngs in Photoshop.
If you're using a dynamic swf hair, yes you just load Custom SWF (your dynamic hair) after you've loaded Custom Hair (the nose).
You can then generate and save the Code, and then SDT should do it automatically. But it's glitchy; it does it automatically for some hair/costume swfs, and refuses to do it for others.

I have tried to dabble with sby's MoreClothingV3, trying to make sure that the dynamic hairs and the static noses don't randomly decide to conflict when they feel like it. But it didn't seem to resolve the issue, and I end up having to manually load the dynamic hair anyways.
