Ok, read thru the thread and did not see these addressed:

Why are there separate folders for "Slayers" and "The Slayers"?

If "X-Men Evolution" is in "Marvel Comics", should "Batman Beyond" and "Teen Titans" be in "DC Comics"? "Iron Man Armored Adventures" is also a Marvel show, but is not in the Marvel folder..

There are separate folders for "Saint Seiya" and "Saint Seya", "Starfox and "Star Fox", "Mighty Morphing Power Rangers" and "Power Rangers", and "Ghostbusters Extreme" (should be Extreme Ghostbusters) and "The Real Ghostbusters"...

Sorry to make such troubles. I appreciate your work!
You make points, your Ghostbusters argument seems invalid to me, but I'll merge it. Sometimes I spell things differently without knowing.

As for the Marvel/DC thing, I don't know what to do with that... so I don't think I'll do anything at all.

So, I'm kinda new here...
Not sure if I'm doing something wrong, but for some reason the archive files I download won't concatenate.
I have a Mac, so that limits software that I can use to download.
Do I have to download all parts from the same place?
Or is something just wrong with the files I have?
I could post error messages that the unzipping process yields...

Download 7-zip to extract the archive. Extract with 7-zip.

If that doesn't work... Open up Terminal (I believe it's called terminal in Mac), Go to the file location, type "md5sum [filename]" where [filename] is the name of the file, it should tell you the md5sum. I'm uncertain, but I think Mac has md5sum already just like Linux.
Check and verify the md5sums for the files.

Alternatively, find and download a md5sum verification program for mac.

This may be aleready asked but... what about an SVN?
Have never used it before, and don't know how simple that would be for the simple folk. I say this having no clue about it and a lack of time to read up.

There is no version of 7zip for Mac that I can find. I've tried Ez7z but I get "Can’t make last item of {} into type string. (-1700)" as an error.
For future reference, I discovered the code to be md5 [filename]. All the md5sums checked out.

I'll look into it, I've never had any complaints before about this, so I can just assume no one has been using a mac with the archive.

Well this is rather annoying.

I downloaded all three parts of Archive v11.1., used 7zip to extract them, and then 7zip turns around and says "Unsupported compression method for file [insert name here]". And that's for 3,905 of the files in the archive. I did manage to extract the files, but when I went to open them, there's nothing but empty files. Just a cosmic shit-ton of default PNG or jpg thumbnail images.

Am I screwing this up somehow, or are other people having similar problems?

And in case it helps, I used Fiber Upload to download the archive.

I finally got my 7zip to work, and this is what happened to me. Tons of blank files with names...

Anyone else having problems with Part 2 of the the most recent archive? I've tried downloading it 2x with each option. Each time it seems to be downloading fine but as it gets toward the end it fails.

Browser then pops up a message saying "file source can't read". This seems to happen a lot with one of the parts of the Archive. Last time (on the "10" archive) it was the 3rd part but eventually it worked. I gave up, kept using an older archive and tried again a week later.

This is why I've asked bout incremental updates instead of whole new archives. Is there anyway we could have both? It seems most folks like the the large archive but has anyone else asked for incremental updates? You know, one just with new imports, fixes and revisions?

Are the download sites timing out? Or are too many folks downloading the Archive? I don't know enough to theorize why this keeps happening.

I refuse to respond to this, as I've answered this question many times, and you've asked many times and I've answered you many times... if you are that dense I can't be bothered to speak to you.

As for it timing out, that has to do with your internet and the website you are getting it from. I uploaded each part of the archive to around 5 websites, so you have your options.

Ok, I'm probably going to look like an idiot, but the files will not unzip correctly. I am on a windows XP system, used 7zip.

The first of the three archives unzips to create "Anonymous_Archive_v11.1.zip_0", and then that and parts 2 and 3 of the original archive say they can't be opened as archives.

I tried renaming all the files as simply .zip files, I redownloaded them all twice, and still no luck. What am I doing wrong?

Your file extensions should be .001 .002 and .003.

List to me your file names. This sounds like a problem I tried to quickly fix when I realized it... it was an error with the mirrorcreator caused by my internet failing mid upload, caused mirror creator to register the file as already existing so when I uploaded a new file, they renamed it.

tl;dr Give me the file names.

It appears I never fixed said problem, and some sites won't let me rename and some sites won't allow spaces. Next archive will use '_' instead of spacing for all namings of the file. And I'll try my damnedest to make sure it doesn't fuck up next time.
