Total War Rome 2 has an extension, Daughter of Mars, who add female soldier in some factions.
The gladitrix for the Roman:

NB: In custom battle some female unit are restrict to 6, in Campaign you can have a complete units.

NB2: For the Germans tribes only the archer and the spear can be recrut (by having special structure, like temples), hex-bearers are only available in defense.

NB3: Their is a mod on the steam workshop wich allow you to play all the faction in campaign and custom.

I originally posted this in the Wired Soul thread, but this thread seems more apropos. The game is currently half off until September 22, 2017. The game is rather short, but it's not bad. The first two female enemies appear in the first round, and the other two female enemies plus one female boss appear in the third round. However, I captured the other two female enemies from the fourth round because the third round was really annoying. The first two female enemies have slightly different attacks. The kick from the first female does not knock the player down, but the second one does. The boss in the third round either fires a gun or dashes with a kick. The other two female enemies have the same moves which consist of a forward kick and a high kick which juggles the player; it is very possible for them to kill the player in one combo if they keep doing the high kicks.

Zako Swallow from Legend of Heroes

The game tells reputable ancient story of Mulan, a northern China girl dressing up as a man to replace her conscripted old father to fight against Huns invasion. She made great achievements in the war and no one realised her identity until she returning home.

Girl in blue: Fulan, heroine of the game. In game she does not look so feminine.
Girl in red: Zhaomei, female boss of 5th Stage. She resembles Mai Shiranui in many ways.
Girl in qipao: Swallow, elite zako

Swallows wear revealing qipao, presumably female warriors of Huns' Jurchen ally. They begin to appear in the 4th stage, later part of the game.
Swallows have mainly 3 ways to attack:

Fly kick. Swallows can attack from a distance.
Throwing. Swallows throws enemy over their shoulder.
Dagger. Swallow throws dagger for long range attack.

Swallows can also block enemy attack effectively while most other Huns warriors can't. When beaten down, Swallows also turn over more frequently to avoid enemy's following combo when getting up.

I remember this game. Both zako Swallow and Zhaomei the boss have good designs and moveset.

I've recently had a mini-breakthrough, and found an archive of a bunch of posts I apparently found the screenshot repository for on an old message board a looong time ago.

Essentially, it's a chinese(?) guy who made a list of a bunch of arcade games with female enemies in them. I had screenshots on my hard drive for years that I didn't know what game they connected to, and now I found out where they are.

It did, however, lead to some disappointments with emulating. Mostly the sound parts. This, for example, might've been pretty incredible if the sound worked right. But, well... it isn't. Downtown is broken too, which is aggravating cause that a good solid sound package could've made it... alright. It's hard to overlook the boxy torsos and stubby legs, but a good sound cue could help.

However I can spoiler you that the pink bikini chick is not made in the main game

After some hard searching, I did find an early prototype that available for free, and the bikini chick is made in the game in a boss fight named KIKI. The only move she has is a very long range catwheel attack, enjoy :)
Baller Industries: It is time for us to become fiscal
However I can tell you installing this prototype is another pain, I did need to install a couple of software to get it working on Windows 10

It is a shame that the initial developer not finished the game in full even in the alpha version. I do enjoy this game as many zakos dressed sexy also have some sexy attack moves.

Indeed. Although in the spritesheet folder there is a customer_girl.xnb.deploy file, I wonder if it could be extracted.
