It is easy to enlarge the breast with a polygon mesh.
However, Tamer does not have a bone that changes breasts.
In other words, even if the breast is made bigger, the clothes are not proportional to it.
Skinning with a nude mesh bone is copied to clothes.
The area around the chest of Tamer is skinned with a spine.
So breasts will penetrate from all clothes.
I am not going to fix clothes accordingly.

Select the part you want to be a high polygon with face.How did you only increase the poly of the breasts? I tried to do with with Smooth in Maya and it made the polygons super weird, almost like a spriderweb pattern! I am going to try and do it in 3Ds Max next. Do I just have to add polys one at a time, or can I subdivide a section? I would like to make the hands and face higher poly.
