Neck problems can not be completely fixed.
It is impersonation to the last.
I just make them look like they fit.
In motion the movement of the neck follows the head.
However, the neck freezes somehow when aiming at the player.
Probably, it is moving with a system other than motion.
My job is a hard work to spoof the movements of the frozen neck and the head looking at it.
