Can't disable read-only (1 Viewer)

Settings options aren't saving, like disabling hover for options. I'm assuming it's a because read-only keeps reverting but I'm having trouble fixing that. This hasn't happened any other time I've downloaded the game and a flash player. playing on windows. using sby's pack

I recently had the same problem with modguy's pack and fp_10.3.183.90_archive

could something else be causing it? how do I give the game and player permissions?

use another swf file in your player, right click in the windows and click on settings
