I think I can fix the nipple issue by simply setting the overwrite to "true" on the body template's nipple layers. That way everything shows up, body-wise, except the nipples.

Or you change them so they slightly show nipples "inside" the clothes.

He meant, move the shirt slightly away from the breast so the nipple is inside it. That is how the default shirts work.
