I'm having some trouble loading everything. I'm trying to get SDT to work on an Android 11, and then just adding a few mods, would you have any advice?

Not really, SDT was never meant to run on a phone. There's some advice in the SDT Discord, but we very specifically do not guarantee any sort of functionality on a mobile platform.

There's some work being done on porting the game to Godot, which would allow for a mobile port, but it is not done at current and there's no indication of when it will be.
