Wow! When I decided to take on Mongo's Serra Angel I had no idea how much detail was actually going into her armor. I'm (all together) 4 hours into it. What do you guys think so far...

Short of doing it manually in flash. No. The sleeves are on the body template. And RBG change will alter the skin tone :-\

As far as I know those are loader mods. Making the sleeves RBG shiftable in the loader is very possible.
