I tried this method and after choosing torso type 18 texture 12 still got those damn blue nips!

I was able to apply it again from a clean install to the new patch

How to get it in game just using MENYOO PC ( [V|REL] Menyoo PC (SP) - Scripts & Plugins - GTAForums )

Some modders at gta5-mod.com already done a nude mod for the player, here it is
Mofme's Texture Pack for Aephrosi's Nude Mods

But I hope some modders here can do it better with the this topless mod that we had so far. The nipples look gorgeous on the girls and we just need perfect genital for her. If not this mod topic won't called nude but topless.
