Afaik only a few people know how to change the pov on the story mode and i didn't see much of it anywhere , i haven't seen one pic of Dizzy in it though.

You can view the model with the mmd program and can download the model from deviantart using this link. Her panties are purple but lack detail, sort of like Kum's.

You would be surprised with how poor the models look outside of the game engine. You also aren't going to see many rips of them online sadly.

It's unfortunately a mod only available for the Japanese version of the game that hasn't been replicated on the US version.
