Note that this is not my archive, but anonymous' (the former forum admin), and it contains the mods done till march 2013. There is no more recent version.

To access all the files individually, check the Cleaned Archive v17 folder (list of files).
To get the older archive in one part, download Anonymous' Archive v17.rar (list of files).
Be aware that Mega has a transfer quota, so downloads may be blocked for a certain period of time if you exceed it.
Anonymous' ZIP Archive in four parts from Archive & Game download isn't available anymore.

The Custom Datas of most of the hair mods are available in this post.

721 various hair mods from g.e-hentai.org has many of the archive mods (and maybe some other) listed by name, with example images and individual download links.

Although, Im surprised there were duplicates in that Anon archive. And quite a bit judging by the different file size from the original to the cleaned.

The cleaned archive doesn't contain the game, loader, loader mods, etc. because I believe that they can be found on this forum in up to date versions.
There was about 60 duplicates, I left some because I couldn't tell which ones had the good name.
I also removed some loli, some "rape faces" or things I think inappropriate, blindfolds that are now available in the new versions, nearly all the hair from real girls and some that were old versions with long hair that didn't fit in the 1200x1200 px PNG files.
Anyway, I find my cleaned archive much better to find easily the desired hair and I don't think that I deleted really important hair mods.

Okay so you deleted a few things but was anything new added? Is this "17-Edit-Plus"?

Or just "17-Edit"? (It seems that is what it is).

Not belittling your edit. I always deleted the rape stuff whenever I downloaded the Archives. Didn't delete any series folders though.

I always merged the SWF folder with the Hair folders though. And then built a separate MODS folder with Character folders from that.

(Meaning the Archive is my back-up and stays almost the same as the one posted).

I didn't add anything to the archive, the things I removed are explained in the third post with a list of the deleted PNG hair mods.
I think I also changed the classification of some folders and their contents, but I did that a long time ago, so I cannot really remember what I did.

I need help. When I use the Yoruichi.swf in Bleach I can save it as a character. it asks to give the paths and I can make it. but when I do Temari.swf in Naruto and want to make a new character it won't ask for paths and it won't show any paths. When I click her after making here she's just default SD Chan. Why's this?

I uploaded a folder on Mega.nz where mods are accessible individually, so I could remove the RAR archive along with the SWF.RAR archive.
I also removed 143 duplicates from the SWF archive and cleaned its file names a bit.

I was able to download the archive but encountered a different problem. The download would slow down to a crawl or stop completely for up to a few minutes at a time but eventually the download completed. I would just try again later or browse the folder for particular mods.
