yeah the hulk mod is crazy old its just broken, and if you deleted unnecessary things from your code.txt everything should be working like you said.

I'm not sure the exact reason, but you'll notice the main stage go forward a tick each time your click a character folder, for some reason not all mods load but a few clicks gets you there in the end.

Its a normal problem in my experience when setting up new folders, there are ways to cut down on it and eliminate it but I honestly don't play the loader enough to know the exact issue. It tends to just go away for me.

That makes no sense. If loading craps out the first time, repeatedly starting over from the beginning shouldn't get you a little bit further each time. What the fuck.

Not starting over. Just clicking the character in the scene menu again. You're correct its still not right. You're supposed to get the mod load order correct but it just clicking a few times does work and can help you figure out how to sort out your mods in the end.

Hey, after all these years, I figured it out. It's the LisaLisa Hair, which is the Helmetless Widowmaker hair, which is a dynamic hair. Removing it completely lets all the mods come in. It even works when I load in 7 mods total, including an Extra Mod Core mod, which is what I did when working on a recent character folder. Maybe this is a problem with all things based on the dynamic extended physics mod? I'll have to do more research. Is there some sort of dynamic physics mod I should put in my INIT folder?

I've investigated the problem further. It appears that another dynamic hair https://www.undertow.club/downloads/hinata-dynamic-hairstyle.128/

Works perfectly well with the rest of the mods I'm loading in. Something is wrong with the Helmetless Widomaker hair in particular. The Hinata dynamic hair was released a couple of days after stuntcock released his Dynamic Hair Extender tool. However, the Widowmaker hair was released years later in April 2019. This may be a factor in why these mods are behaving so differently. Although, it is surprising to me that the OLDER hair works better than the NEWER one. These results occur both in TemplateExtension V6 and V9 by sby

Helmetless Widomaker hair use DHE library for more complex features. It's a Loader mod.
DHE Library seem to encounter some loading issues. Theses issues seems to be fixed with the DHE 5.91 but your mod is a DHE 5.9.
Try this solution and report if it's work.

It"s too bad, MC will solve yours issue because your mods are already loaded and you just need to select these by use a charcode in your CF. Don't need to try several times.
I try your folder and it's work perfectly the first time for me.
I load DHE 5.91 in my INIT too.
