I don't know if this is helpful to you or not, but no harm in mentioning it. You can use a static hair for that in one of at least two ways.

Either - if the character has a static hair already - you can add makeup, facial tattoos or whatever you want to that.

Or - if the character has dynamic hair - you can still load multiple hairs at the same time with moreclothing. That means you can have a "hair" file for non hair stuff and have it load at the same time as another hair either by simply assigning one of them to another menu in moreclothing or by loading one of them from the Modding tab.

Might come in handy some other time since you're doing a big project.
