One of the first henchman getting defeated and humiliated I remember growing up was the waitress assassin from Austin Powers. I imagine it must not be fun getting knocked out in a woman's dress for the henchman. I definite see Thunderball inspiration from this scene.

tbh, I found there is something hot in, masculine men, dress overly femininely, in term of zako, not femboy like, but really just muscular men in make up, it's double humiliating, in dress and as he get defeated with other men in the same outfits...maybe I'm the only one on this tho

A henchman or henchwoman's job usually involve protecting or eliminating target. They could be creative and put on disguises. One of the thing that intrigue me about this idea is a henchman or woman cross gender in order to do their job. For a henchman, I wonder what the feeling is putting on makeup and copy the mannerism of a woman convincingly. when a henchman is acting out as a woman in order to get their target, it usually backfired on them.

but now imagining an org where all the men had to crossdress...can be fun to think about...motive? who are they recruiting ?(are the henchmen straight or mostly gay for example) since Drag is mostly Gay/queer culture... (which is different from trans zako imo but it's an other conv)
and also the level of crossdressing: are they only wearing make up? or do they go full dress and heels for example...

It's very interesting topic indeed. While I don't see an army of crossdressing henchmen deployed for attack missions, I do see them for assassination mission like sending in a henchman to try to seduce his target. I like the idea of them going all the way. I think is neat that hollywood does sprinkle in cross dressing henchman from time to time.
